1973 Cortez Motorhome

This is being sold as part of an estate.

1973 Cortez Motorhome.  This classic Cortez is a one owner RV that was always stored inside unless it was being used.  It is an estate vehicle that was last used in 2005 – UPDATE 8/21:  IT NOW IS RUNNING AND DRIVING!

It is a 20 footer with 3 beds, kitchen, and bathroom.  Retro green shag carpet, air conditioning, LP gas stove and refrigerator, microwave, toilet, shower, and storage cabinets throughout.  It has an in-dash AM/FM 8 track and CB Radio.

It is powered by a Toronado 455 V8 with 375 hp, and front wheel drive.  Turbo Hydra-matic 3 speed automatic transmission.  Full independent suspension, power steering, power brakes, 40 gallon fuel tank.  The owners family reported that there was around $10k of improvements done to this RV in the early 90's.  This included new Firestone Accuride Radial approved wheels, 17.5 Michelin radial tires, and a completely new (all components) Cortez brake system installed.

Lots of original documentation and brochures on this rare motorhome.  This classic RV has been well preserved!
