1935 Oldsmobile Business Coupe

1935 Oldsmobile 3 window coupe street rod.  This coupe was a frame off build in 2006 and is an all steel body with a fully boxed frame.  This car is finished in teal with custom flames.  It has a custom stainless front grille, frenched tail lights, tubbed rear wheel wells, electric opening suicide doors and trunk.

It is powered by a 460 Ford V8 with FiTech EFI with handheld controller, polished valve covers, MSD ignition, custom tubed headers and dual exhaust.  Aluminum radiator.  The transmission is a built C6 with 3500 rpm stall torque converter with Hurst Line Loc shifter.  The rear end is a Ford 9” with 3.71 Trac Loc differential and 31 spline Moser axles.  Power Wilwood 4 piston caliper disc brakes on both front and rear wheels.  Stainless fuel cell, Ladder bar with coil over rear suspension and custom tube chassis.  It runs and drives on polished 5 spoke wheels 18” front and 20” rear with radial tires.

The custom interior features tan leather bucket seats, tan door panels with wood flames and arm rests.  Wood steering wheel, dash and glove box lid.  Tilt steering column, power windows, power doors with remote and full Auto Meter gauges.  Stereo hidden in the glove box is a Pioneer AM/FM CD stereo with remote.

Seller noted:  The builder of this car was old school and used lead instead of body filler to smooth metal repair on the body.  While this gave a very smooth finish, he did not get all the acid removed from leading process before painting and consequently there are a few small bubbles in the paint that occurred within a month of painting which have not changed over the years.
